Prior to our relocation to the U. S. we talked with Cathi who set up access to a simple-to-use website with daily delivery to our email inbox of properties in our selected areas. Cathi would review and provide suggestions of alternative areas to view with explanation on the differing prices seen due to schooling or other factors. Once in the U. S., on our company-sponsored home finding trip, we spent a number of days escorted by Cathi viewing a number of properties.

Cathi did a fantastic job in helping us find a new house when we relocated to MA. Being out of state, she did lots of research on many prospective towns for us which gave us much more information beyond the specifics of a prospective house. Her years of experience also enable her to quickly identify issues with a home that inexperienced buyers may not perceive.
